OpenStudy (awesome781):

How do I write 16^1/4 in radical form?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

16^(1/4) is the 4th root of 16. If a number (n) is taken to a power which is a fraction, the bottom number of the fraction is the power, and the numerator is the exponent following the number under the radical.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

16^(3/4) = 4th root of 16^3.
