middle one is root 20, which is y, x is root 13, z is 5. (Using Pythagoras theorem . )

remember base^2 + perpendicular^2 is equal to hypotenuse, therefore it isnt 52, its 20. And you have to root it. :)

Sure thing! :) as the perpendicular is 6, and the hypotenuse is sqrt61 (which i hope you have read from the message i just sent you) the base is z, we can form the equation z^2 + 6^2 = sqrt61^2 that would be z^2 +36 = 61 z = sqrt(25) = 5 There you go :)
