This is a simple harmonic oscillation question. The period os oscillation of a spring-mass system is 2 x pi x sqrt( mass in kg / spring constant in newton per kilogramme) So you need you mass 100 gramme in kg. The spring constant is found using the 200 gramme stretches the spring 10 cm using the equation spring constant in N/kg = force in N divided by extension in metres. So you need the force of gravity on a 200 gramme mass. frequency is (in hertz) is 1 / period in seconds
