Proof problems!!! Help :( Ill give medal and be your fan, whatever you want but plz really help me

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

|dw:1393820213610:dw|

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

I got the first half of the proof right but the other half wrong

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

So i need three more things for statement and reason

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

actually u r right...by sss u proved that both the triangles are congruent so u can say that both the required angles r also congruent

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

what am i right on? :)

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

So instead of putting SAS for the last one it is actually SSS?

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

see d 1st 3 points are correct..then u have 3 sides congruent..correct? so by sss u have both the triangles congruent....as the triangles are congruent u can easily just write that noe d angles are also congruent

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

Oh i get it so you mean the 4th one

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

yes

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

My teacher asked us to tell what clues from the rest of the proof led us to the answer... do you know?

OpenStudy (nikato):

Well since you know 3 pair of sides are congruent based on the three statements that you got right, you can use SSS to prove the triangles congruent

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

so just to clarify, <SRT=<VRT == SSS ?

OpenStudy (nikato):

Triangle, not angle

OpenStudy (nikato):

I don't think you have to fill up all the lines

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

yeah i actually do :(

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

thank u @nikato i m not very good at explaining math..:/

OpenStudy (nikato):

No problem. But we're still missing 2 steps according to @ElisaNeedsHelp

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

i hope you guys can help me :(

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

are u sure elisa u need 2 fill every line?

OpenStudy (nikato):

Maybe you can add in one step. As a 3rd step, to draw line segent RT. and then your 4th step would be reflexive

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

Yeah im sure @shrutipande9 and @nikato i dont understand what you mean

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

well i have to go but plz tell me what to put and what clues led you to the answer

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

@jigglypuff314 your the only one who best knows how to help me :(
