Explain what it means to view a moving object from a frame of reference. Provide an example that illustrates your explanation.

It is the apparent velocity that it is moving at relative to you. For example, you and another can are moving in opposite direction. Both of you are moving at 30 km/h but to both of you, the opposite car seems to be moving at 60 km/h

You might be going sixty miles an hour in your car. A car in the fast lane passes you going 62 mph. If you only look over at them while they are passing you, from your frame of reference the passing car only looks like it is going 2 mph ( because you are doing 60 mph and it cancels out there 60 mph and you only notice the 2 mph faster speed)
