OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont get it. will you explain it to me

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

i think it would be .35

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Using a calculator, or by hand, divide 20 into 7. Or, in other words, divide 7 by 20. The result will be a decimal fraction.

Here's what I found: https://www.google.com/search?q=scale+factor&rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS461US461&oq=scale+factor&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.2022j0j7&sourceid=chrome&espv=210&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8 It'd be worth your while to look into some of the sites listed for an explanation of "scale factor."
