I'm quite nervous about this new lesson. Can some one check if these answers are correct? 1: Find the volume of a cylinder with a diameter of 6 inches and a height that is three times the radius. Use 3.14 for pi and round your answer to the nearest hundredth. (Do not type anything besides numerals and decimals) 254.46 2: Given a soda can with a volume of 21 and a diameter of 6, what is the volume of a cone that fits perfectly inside the soda can? 6.97 3: Given a cube with a volume of 36 cm3, what is the volume of a square pyramid that can fit perfectly inside the cube? 6 cm 4: Find the circumference and area of a circle with a diameter of 14 inches. Leave your answers in terms of pi. C = 14π; A = 49π 5:The stack on the left is made up of 15 pennies, and the stack on the right is also made up of 15 pennies. If the volume of the stack of pennies on the left is 375 mm3, what is the volume of the stack of pennies on the right in cubic millimeters? (Do not type anything besides numerals and decimals) 375

1) - seems correct. 2) - should be exactly 7. the reason why u probably got 6.97 is u made the calculations with 3.14 which lead to a small discrepancy which can be disgregarded since it's still pretty close to 7. 3) - should be 12cm^3 4) - this is correct. 5) - also correct.
