The survival of some plants depends on their ability to have seeds transported to a favorable environment. Describe three different ways seeds can be transported from one location to another?

@SolomonZelman
Come on, you can't think of any ways seeds can get moved around?
wind? water?
animals?
Okay, those sound like three different ways to me. You could be a bit more detailed in the description, of course...
well yeah those were just examples tho
can you help me with one more question?
Dandelion seeds are blown around by the wind, birds and other animals eat various fruits and vegetables and drop the seeds in their feces, runoff from rainfall and the like will carry light seeds over the ground. Some animals also collect seeds as food and lose their caches (squirrels with acorns, for example). Some plants rely on external factors to put their seeds in more favorable conditions, such as some pines that need fire to get the cones to open and release the seed, now in a more favorable growing area because the fire that released it also cleared away competing vegetation.
oh wow thanks! :)
those are just things that came to mind looking out the window into my yard...
can you help me with one more question?
so what's the other question?
Explain the process that occurs when a flowering plant reproduces.
Here, have a look: http://kids.britannica.com/comptons/art-53831/Reproduction-in-flowering-plants-begins-with-pollination-the-transfer-of
isnt it pollination
pollination is part of it, but it isn't the whole story...
the text in the link I sent should make that clear: "Reproduction in flowing plants begins with pollination"
okay :)
