Which represents the Northern viewpoint during the Constitutional Convention in the argument over slaves and representation? Only citizens should be counted for the purpose of government representation. Part of our population is not represented in government and should not be counted. We have a disadvantage if slaves are counted for government representation. We will be required to pay more taxes without government representation.

I'm only guessing here sorry, But I believe its C. The reasoning behind C. is that if they counted the slaves, the south had way more population, therefore way more representation then the north. And the end result was a compromise "the three fifths act", where each "Slave" was counted as 3/5ths of a man...
