Help Please! Can someone check my answer please!!! Tim has 30 jellybeans, with equal numbers of three flavors—raspberry, pineapple, and orange. He likes raspberry the best. So far, Tim has eaten 6 orange and 4 pineapple jellybeans. What are the chances that the next one he picks will be raspberry? The sample space is 30 They start off with 10 of ech flavor jellybeans after eatting they end up with 4 orange 6 pinapple 10 raspberry this would leave a total of 20 jellybeans so the probability of picking a raspberry I would say is 50%. Is this correct?
How would I write this P=??
@phi can you help me please?
P= 0.5 is how you can write the answer normally people use probability as a number between 0 (not going to happen) and 1 (will definitely happen) so use P= 10/20 simplified to a decimal is 0.5
Thank you for your help
