I see that.....am I reading this graph right ? 4 households have 0 pets 7 households have 1 pet 5 households have 2 pets etc... am I understand the graph correctly ?

I think it will be A....because if 1 more household had 2 pets, then that would make 6 households having 2 pets.

It says if one fewer house hold had 2 pets, from that I think it means that it would be 4 house holds have 2 pets. Are you sure you didn't make a typo?
