OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is 2 Cl

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So if there are 2 moles of Cl for every mole of MgCl2, how do you determine the moles of Cl given moles of MgCl2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I should multiply the 2 moles of Cl times 2.41 *10^24

OpenStudy (praxer):

it is 2 * 2.41 * 10^24 and divide by 6.022 * 10^23.

OpenStudy (praxer):

= 8.003985387 moles.

yep, that is the answer. Thanks a lot guys.
