If you JUST want to know about moles then it's simply Mol= mass / mr however I don't know if you're doing IGCSE or AS level but when it comes to calculation you need it for emperical formula too so here is a PDF file: http://www.skinnerscience.com/chemistry/Chemistry%20Revision%20Notes%202012.pdf

Any molecules, atoms or ions in a number called Avogadro number if present is called a mole of that substance for example one mole hydrogen is Avogadro number of hydrogen molecules 6.023*10^23 is the Avogadro number
