I think it either B or C. Leaning to C. But not sure?

That is an interesting question. We're basically talking about no gravity in this situation. Since gravity is heavily relied upon to pump blood, it might not be able to pump the way it should. There's no way it would stop working or expand based on the lack of gravity (hence the survival of most astronauts) but on an extended (~10 year+ trip) it would be problemic.
