\[3\text{Na}^+ + \text{PO}_4^{3-} + ...\]Start by writing the reactants and the soluble product in ionic form.
Once you have done this for everything, cancel out the spectator ions. Those will be the ones that are the same on both sides of the equation.
Once you have done that, what remains is the net ionic equation.
