What do you mean by review some actions? Like a pre-trial review to see what is likely to happen during the case? OR to review previous actions that occurred in the courtroom?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

both

In the Court of Chancery the court has power to direct that pre-trial review take place. Usually it will be appointed in cases estimated to take more than 10 days and in other cases where the circumstances warrant it.

Does that help any?

yes thanks

You're welcome, if you need any further info just look up pre-trial reviews in Courts of Chancery. As far as actions on previous courtroom decisions, you would need to look up information on appeals in Courts of Chancery.
