In Ernest Hemingway’s short story “In Another Country,” why does the narrator see himself as different from the other wounded soldiers who visit the hospital? (1 point) He views himself as better than the other soldiers. He thinks the other soldiers are weak. He believes the wounded soldiers are heroic and he is not. He feels the wounded soldiers have a higher standard of morality.

c. he believes that the wounded soldiers are heroic and he is not.

@lace.vern is correct; I read this short story many times and had to do an essay about this very topic. Definitely the third choice. The narrator did not earn his medals the way the other soldiers did, so he saw himself as not being as brave as they were.
