OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is m U c ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To be honest im not so sure its kind of why im using open study for my last question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok..... A prime number (or a prime) is a natural number greater than 1 that has no positive divisors other than 1 and itself.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mmmm u can google it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So what is that supposed to mean shadow?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The question is asking for prime numbers like.. 5 and 1 can go into it or 3 and 1..... but with the number (6), 3 and 1 can go into it.. Do you understand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So 5 and 3 are examples for a prime number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a little

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But its asking for one number how do we figure that out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the question is asking for (how many prime numbers are in the set m U c) I'm still trying to figure out what m U c means... hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok so there are two prime numbers in M and four prime numbers in C, in total there are six prime numbers... But six is not one of the options. Your answer is: A 1 because its the same number in M and C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you understand? the only prime number is 3.... and there are six 3's. SO the answer is (A)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yup sure do thank u

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem!! :)
