8. Each of two urns contains green balls and red balls. Urn one contains 10 green balls and 8 red balls. Urn two contains 3 green balls and 10 red balls. If a ball is drawn from each urn, what is P(red and red)? A. 23/18 B. 10/27 C. 40/117 D. 18/31

Find the probability of drawing a red from each urn, individually. The probability of drawing a red from both is the product of these two probabilities.

well if there are 10 green balls and 8 red balls in urn number one then you would a 44% change then with the urn two you have 3 green and 10 red you would have a 76% chance of getting red...oh and brony on! /)

'product' is another way of saying, multiply so, another way it can be said is, find the probability for each urn, and times those two numbers together

Thanks peoples. Oh and I'm a pegasister C: /)
