what is a practical example of Newton's 1st law of motion?

A the bowling pins fell down with the same force as what was exerted on them from the bowling ball. B Mrs. Nealy continues moving forward on her roller blades until the friction from the road finally made her stop. C Molly is jumping up and down on a trampoline.

Basically netwon's first law of motion tells us that an object at rest tends to stay at rest, and an object in motion, ceteris paribus, will stay in motion. A practical example is a chair sitting on the ground. It is currently at rest(Not moving in our system). It will stay at rest until some other force acts on it, like someone pushing it. The correct answer would be B :D

Since it describes that it required the outside force of the friction to reduce her velocity. Without the friction, she wouldn't have stopped, is the underlying assumption that can be derived, which fits the 1st law of motion :D
