The atomic number of neon is 10. The atomic number of calcium is 20. Compared with a mole of neon, how many atoms does a mole of calcium contain? I;m confused on what this question is asking?!?!?!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well find out the # of moles per element. The eq is # moles= mass/molecular weight. 1 mole of neon / 20.18 (MW) then multiply by Avogadro's number, 6.022 x 10^23. you should get 2.98 x 10^22 total atoms for 1 mol Neon. Try it for Ca.

Ca= 1.05*10^22?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I mean 1.50*10^22
