Speedy Shippers had to ship 850 boxes, each with the dimensions: 2ft. long*3ft. wide*4ft. high. The trailer trucks in their fleet have the following storage dimensions: 8 feet wide, 48 feet long, and 9 feet high. The boxes cannot be turned on end, since the items in the boxes are breakable. Use the information above to respond to the following: What is the greatest number of boxes that can be shipped in one truck? How many trucks would it take to complete the entire shipment?
Do you have any multiple choices?

I am not sure whether or not that this will work but I can give you a way in which I think of it as. I multiplied two feet by three feet by four feet to get twenty four feet. I then multiplied this by 850 and got 20,400. I divided 20,400 by the volume of the trailer and got around 5.90..., which rounded to 5 (since there won't be space for the sixth box). So I guessed that 5 boxes should go in one trailer. To find how many trucks, I divided 850 by 5 which will get to be 170.
Thank you soo much!!!
