Get a medal :3 Identify the solution set of the inequality using the given replacement set. x < –7; {–10, –7.2, –7, –6.9, 6.5, 9} A. {–10, –7.2} B. {–7, –6.9, 6.5} C. {–10, –7.2, –7} D. {–6.9, 6.5}

so in short, what the question is asking you, is as follows,\[x<-7\]so what numbers from your set\[{-10,-7.2,-7,-6.9,6.5,9}\]make the statement true? Remember that your inequality is that x is less than -7, meaning x can't equal -7, it has to be less than it

@Embryo I was think A, but I'm not sure >.>

Correct :D A is the correct answer because -10 and -7.2 are both less than -7, if you are ever in doubt when dealing with negative numbers, draw a number line and mark each of your options, and then see which ones fit what you are looking for.

@Embryo Yay, I got it right. Thank you :3
