Force is the product mass versus aceleretion. Well, in this case, we need a force that be able to decelerate 90kg at 15m/s², then: \[F =m \times a\] \[F=90kg \times 15\frac{ m }{ s³ }\] \[F=1350 N\] Alternative "B" is correct.
