Hello help me!!!! @ganeshie8
you're given : `$70,600 for 3 years at 4.2%`
ok what is the 4.2
P = $70,600 t = 3 r = 4.2% = 0.042
use the compound interest formula : final balance = \(\large P(1+r)^t\)
plug and chug
would you just do 70600/4.2
use the formula friend
final balance = \(\large P(1+r)^t\) = \(\large 70600(1+0.042)^3\)
the what??
you should get : http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=70600%281%2B0.042%29%5E3
