Help?

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

since it is \(\leq\) the line has to be solid. this discards C and D.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A?

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

if u put \((x,y)=(0,0)\) then u have \[\large 0+2\leq\frac{1}{4}(0-4) \] \[\large 2\leq -1 \] which is not true. so the origin is not included

OpenStudy (mathmale):

charina: Please explain the reasoning that leads you to choose a particular answer, instead of just asking "a?" Thank you.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

When you think of it, asking "A?" sounds a lot like a guessing game, and that's not what you want, is it?

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

A is right. but do u understand why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

@mathmale is right. it is not a guessing game. try to reason your answers.
