1 Li+ + 1 F- = LiF lithium fluoride is how I think they want you to do it. Li+ loses its valence electron to Fluorine's outer shell, and they form an ionic salt. Other compounds are likely to be H2S, SiO2 and NHx, which I'm not sure of. Good luck.

And you have to name them too... so... dihydrogen sulfide, lithium flouride, silicon dioxide, and ammonia (nitrogen trihydride)
Nitrogen is more electronegative than Hydrogen. So it should be H3N and triHydrogen Nitride
