Seems like you need to review Le Chatelier's Principles, but here's your answer: 1) since reaction is endothermic, you can put in more heat to make reaction shift to the right. 2) You should decrease the pressure, because the left side has more mols of gas. 3) Solids have no/negligible effect in calculating the equilibrium, so varying their parameters will not change anything
