Hello nata! This may not be the best place for this question. Though, regarding your question : Numbered lists are generally like : 1) .... 2) .... 3) .... 4) .... and so on. So, as you can see the sentences are beginning with a number in order to represent the sequence. Like, if I would like to explain you the recipe of making a cake, then I will better write it as : 1) Take ... 2) Do .... 3) Bake .... 4) Eat and Share :) and not as : \(\bullet\) Take..... \(\bullet\) Do .... \(\bullet\) Bake ... \(\bullet\) Eat and share :) The second situation is not the best way to explain someone the recipe of a cake as the points after "Take..." are not possible unless the first point is completed. So, we need a order to represent the steps of making a cake. - which is best represented by the the Situation - 1. Now, I hope that you can conclude the best choice from the above explanation.
