Draw radii to these tangents, giving you two 90 degree
angles. Now you have a quadrilateral with total angles 360o.

You have two 90o angles for sure where the tangents are.
I would guess all four are 90 o but that is just a guess. Sorry.

Ok, I see. Since two are 90 for sure, and there are two more angles, and the sum of all of them need to equal 360, then the other 2 angles are 90 degrees as well.
