is 2 K3PO4(aq) + 3 MgCl2(aq) -----> Mg3(PO4)2 + 6 KCl balanced

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It looks good. Just count the number of each type of atom on both sides. Make sure they are the same.

OpenStudy (highschoolmom2010):

im really lost on that i was supposed to complete K3PO4(aq) + MgCl2(aq) first did i at least do that right?

OpenStudy (jfraser):

yes

OpenStudy (highschoolmom2010):

ok so my next issue is this whole net ionic equation what is it and how am i suppsoed to do it

OpenStudy (highschoolmom2010):

2(PO4)-3 (aq) + 3 Mg+2 (aq) → Mg3(PO4)2 (s) does that look about right?

OpenStudy (highschoolmom2010):
