First would you be able to find a LCD? least common denominator? what can 5,9, and 7 go into?

OpenStudy (breathlessreaper):

you know what, theres a much easier way to do this. Here, \[\frac{ 4 }{ 5 }\] what is 4 divided by 7? It would = 0.80... Now do that for the others. Get the decimal forms.

OpenStudy (breathlessreaper):

\[\frac{ 4 }{ 5 } = 0.80\] \[\frac{ 7 }{ 9 } = 0.78\] \[\frac{ 6 }{ 7 } = 0.86\]

OpenStudy (breathlessreaper):

Your lowest fraction being 7/9 then 4/5 then 6/7 being the greatest

There's at least two other ways to do it. One of which doesn't necessarily require a calc or a pencil and paper to do for single digit fractions.
