Calculate the pH of the aqueous solutions prepared by adding: 20.0 cm^3 of 0.10M NH4Cl to 20.0 cm^3 of 0.18M HCl

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

Tip1: write down the equation of the reaction that takes place between those compounds. Tip2: work out amounts in solution

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

No, it's the opposite. NH4Cl is a reactant, not a product of the reaction.
