@wwhitlock is correct. As stated in the Seneca Falls Convention, Elizabeth Candy Stanton wrote the basis of what is now known as the "Sentiments." Stanton drew up the "Declaration of Sentiment"s that would define the meeting. Taking the Declaration of Independence as her guide, Stanton submitted that "all men and women had been created equal."
