Please help, I'll give you a medal! Which of the following describes how trade between countries of North America Is affected by their geographic location. A. High taxes make it expensive for these countries to trade with each other. B. It costs much less to transport goods because the countries border each other. C. Moving products is difficult since few rivers flow from the U.S. to other countries. D. Trade is not desired since they are close together and have the same natural resources.

I am actually not too sure about this, but it won't be C because no one really cares about shipping things from America to Canada or vice versa, since we have cars and planes. It won't be A, since we pretty much have a FTA (though not totally) and it doesn't cost too much to get through customs. But that's where I get confused, since it could be B and it might be D. I'm leaning towards B though, cause in the end, we still trade quite a bit with each other, and we have resources that the other doesn't; i.e. wood and oil from Canada.
