I would go with B if it was me For A: Most early civilizations didn't have high walls let alone a wall For B: A lot of Indus Valley cities built a temple especially a large one to worship their beliefs. There is so many temples because each believed in different things For C: Paper wasn't invented so you really could plan it out much more then what they did For D: This was the one I was a little concerned about. some of them did have them, but I don't think the majority did.
