OpenStudy (abhisar):

what should i do if somebody just expects the direct answer...is it against the COC ? @amistre64 @myininaya

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Pls help... @ParthKohli

OpenStudy (abhisar):

@KingGeorge

OpenStudy (amistre64):

if someone is not willing to learn, then you are not obliged to teach them. If someone simply wants a direct answer ... they actually say that they just want/need the answer ... then you report them for abusing this site. You can tell them politely that we are a study site and not a free answering service, and move on to someone who is willing to participate in the learning process.

Kindly have alook on this..hv i done somthng wrong ? http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/538e0b45e4b09f49ead3f3e4

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Please let me know if i hav done smthng wrong..

OpenStudy (amistre64):

asking them if they are cheating prolly isnt the best way to approach things. Encourage participation by asking leading questions related to the material they post. If they come out and simply say that they need this for a test or such, inform them that this site is for studying the material beforehand so that they are prepared for tests ... not during the test.

OpenStudy (abhisar):

and what if they just close the post and repost them as new...even if i continuosly warn them

OpenStudy (amistre64):

as long as you encourage their participation, and they are working with you to approach a solution, then it is really up to their own conviction as to whether they are cheating or not. ... then you can report them and let a moderator assess the situation from an unbiased point of view.

OpenStudy (abhisar):

When i asked questions to this guy..he simply says i dont know...i post him link...he says he wants help

OpenStudy (amistre64):

some people simply want an easy way out and if we dont give them that easy way they will have to move on or concede to participation.

OpenStudy (abhisar):

okay...Thank you very much for ur valuable response :)

OpenStudy (abhisar):

I sahll be doing the same as u hv instructed

OpenStudy (amistre64):

good luck :)

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Thankyou
