They all seem pretty straight-forward to me. If I HAD to pick, I'd go with "wrongdoer", but I'm not really committed to it.

Euphemisms are phrases used as an alternative to other words in order to reduce its impact or to make it sound less offensive. For example 'bun in the oven' means pregnant. Instead of saying unemployed you can say 'in between jobs

A euphemism is a nice way of saying something...It all depends on what your"other words" are, and in many cases if there is one euphemism for something,there are also several more.
