First calculate the value of R (Gas Constant) using the given values.\[R = \frac{ PV }{ nT } = \frac {1 \times 24}{1 \times 298} = 0.0805\] Now using this calculated value of R find the volume of steam. Since the density is 1g/mL, 1 mL of ice will weigh 1g. Also, \[1dm^{3} = 1 liter\] So, the moles of water will be \[\frac{1}{18} = 0.056\] The volume thus will be \[V = \frac{nRT}{P} = \frac{0.056 \times 0.0805 \times 596}{0.99} = 2.67 liters\]
Thanks a millllll!!!
