Help Me Please. (medal) Changing inequality into y=mx+b form? 2x+3y > 12 Divide both sides by -2x. 3y>-2x + 12 Divide everything by 3y. Y > ? + 4 Could someone explain to me how to find the slope?

@xGuardians

OpenStudy (xguardians):

First off, your aren't dividing both sides for -2x, its subtracting. Y > -2/3x + 4 Slope is -2/3

OpenStudy (xguardians):

Whatever is attached to the x-variable (multiplied) will be the slope.

If you don't mind @xGuardians, could you check one more problem for me to see if I understand the process now? 4x-3y<6 Subtract both sides by -4x 3y< -4x+ 6 Divide all by three. y< -4/3 + 2 Correct?

OpenStudy (xguardians):

4x-3y<6 Subtract both sides by -4x (-)3y< -4x+ 6 Divide all by negative three. y > 4/3 + 2 Swap sign if you divide by a negative.

OpenStudy (xguardians):

You forgot the negative :/ @TeaAyeWhyElOhAr

Ahh I see. Thank you for pointing that out.
