Are two rectangles necessarily congruent if they have the same area?

OpenStudy (matt101):

No - congruent means you can perfectly superimpose one shape on top of the other. I could have two rectangles with an area of 4 square units, but one is 4 x 1 and the other is 2 x 2, making them completely different shapes.

hmm I had a strange feeling that it was no, besides I think that just because it has the same area, doesn't mean it has the same side lengths.
