OpenStudy (anonymous):

f(x)=√(x-3) what is the inverse and domain.

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

domain \(\bf f(x)=\sqrt{x-3}\) is all values for "x" that DO NOT MAKE THE RADICAND NEGATIVE so... what do you think those would be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am not sure if it is x>= 11, or if is x>=0

OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

Neither of those it would be X has to be >=3 because anything less than 3 wold give you a negative number and you can't take the square root of a negative number.

OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

Now to find the inverse of f(x) First change f(x) to y Switch places of y and x Solve for y Change y to f^-1(x)
