Let the function f(x) have he form f(x) = Acos (x+c). To produce a graph that matches the one shown below, what must the value of C be?

So where did that peak move to? It looks like it could shifted to -2 OR 4, yes? So we need to determine which.

um, idk cause I'm not sure where you got 4 from to be honest. I am very bad at trig
