Which of the following is an oxidation-reduction reaction? Fe2O3 + 3CO -----> 2Fe + 3CO2 CuSO4 + 2NaOH -----> Cu(OH)2 + Na2SO4 2NaOH + H2CO3 -----> Na2CO3 + 2NaOH Pb(NO3)2 + Na2SO4 -----> 2NaNO3 + PbSO4

OpenStudy (jfraser):

do the same thing as last time. look at each element in each reaction separately. Look at its charge as a reactant, and then look at its charge as a product. To be an oxidation-reduction reaction, the charges of (some) of the elements HAS TO change

OpenStudy (somy):

u do know how to find oxidation state of the element in a compound right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no I do not. :(
