Would it b C?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know its either C or D

D

to translate a function up or down, you just have to add or subtract a value from that function. to shift a function side to side, you have to change the x values going in. an easy example would be y=x^2 to shift the equation up or down, you can just add or subtract anything to shift it left or right, its a bit trickier. you have to change the x value before it goes through the function. that would look something like y=(x-2)^2 |dw:1403668196767:dw|
