goinng to be ...see below.. first multiply both sides by 50 that is.. \[\frac{ x }{ 250 }\times 50=\frac{ 20 }{ 50 }\times50\] this will give you... \[\frac{ x }{ 5 }=20\] now make x free of denominator by multiplying bothh sides again by 5 \[\frac{ x }{ 5 }\times5=20\times5\] \[x=100\] both 5 will be cancled on L.H.S.
