Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://www.gso.uri.edu/lava/MagmaProperties/properties.html "In general, the viscosity of magma increases as the silica content increases from basalt to rhyolite."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

please don't do mass tagging's it's really annoying -.-

OpenStudy (andrewkaiser333):

is it true or false is what i need to know i am confused

OpenStudy (andrewkaiser333):

sorry roc07or

I don't know Andrew. At least the part about silica is true. Als for the temperature. Look at the graph at the bottom left of the link I gave you. There's a viscosity-temperature graph where you can see that as the temperature gets higher, the viscosity lowers. True / False questions are supposed to make you think and consider and reason your way to the answer, so it's better to look at physical laws and observed data to argument an answer, than learn it by heart.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The viscosity of magma depends upon its silica content and temperature.
