Okay, so, point slope form is y-y1=m(x-x1). m is the slope. So, first you should figure out the slope. The slope is y2-y1/x2-x1, then you plug that in for m. You choose whichever x and y you want to be the first and second one, it doesn't matter, as long as they coordinate with each other. Does this make sense?
