Graph the function. y=-3/4 sin[x-pi/4]

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

here is a site that will do it for you https://www.desmos.com/calculator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it isn't taking my equation...

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

thats unusual... I just typed the equation straight in and it graphed it for me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how did you type it in if I may ask?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

I went y = -3/4sin(x - pi/4)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ooooh I typed [] instead of () and put spaces in between the numbers. Maybe that's why

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

here are some basics - means the normal side curve is upside down 3/4 means the amplitude is on 3/4 of a unit -pi/4 means the curve is shifted right by pi/4 units

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what exactly is the normal side curve? is the Amplitude the highest dip o.o shifted...right...
