K for the table set it up like this # of assesments pieces of chocolate with five blocks

I would fill up the top row with 1, 2, 3, 4 and then fill out the bottom row accordingly.

It's a pattern.. other then that just set it up for every pieces of chocolate she eats. sorry i can't help you any further
